| What is a fine art giclee print?
These giclee prints are created on a state-of-the-art, ink-jet drum printer which uses pigment based inks, rather than dyes, which make the resulting prints very lightfast and rich in color. Giclee (pronounced gee-clay) is a French word that means, A spray of ink, and is the technical term for the type of printmaking. These prints are created on heavyweight; fine art paper and will last a lifetime when cared for properly. Fine art giclee printmaking provides a luminosity and brilliance that represents the Artist's original work better than any reproduction technique available today. All limited and open edition prints are hand signed by the Artist. I am pleased to be able to offer these exceptional quality prints for their lasting beauty and value.
