Shipping Information
All fine art print orders are shipped flat by Fed Ex. Orders shipped within the Continental U.S.,
will be charged a shipping rate of $15, per print, for prints under $100. each, and $35. per print,
for prints over $100. each. The shipping rate for notecards is $5. for each 10 pack. A street address
and complete phone number, including area code, are required for Fed Ex delivery. We cannot deliver to
a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. Shipping to U.S. locations only. Please email
for a price quote to ship items to Alaska or Hawaii.
There is no shipping charge for art work that is purchased
at the studio/gallery. Please call or email to set up
an appointment.
Please allow 5-7 business days for US continental delivery, and up to 14 days during holidays Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours from the time they are placed.
We will confirm receipt of your order and send you the
Fed Ex tracking number if your email address is provided when ordering. You may track your package
at the Fed Ex web site at http://www.fedex.com/ or by calling
1-800-GO-FEDEX. 
Gift
Certificates Fill in the amount of the Gift
Certificate, for $25. or more, on the Gift Certificate
page. Then click to the Check Out page, where you can provide your own
Billing Information and the recipient's information in the Shipping
Information section. Please include the recipients email along with other contact information,
so we can send them notification of the Gift Certificate and instructions for redemption.
Certificates may be redeemed by mail or email.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason, you may do so within 15 days of receipt and receive a refund, less shipping charges. For your own protection, we recommend that you use Fed Ex, UPS, or Insured Parcel Post with a tracking # for shipment of returns. The merchandise must be in excellent condition and properly packaged to receive the refund. Please contact us immediately to arrange for
return authorization.
Cancellation Policy
We require that you cancel within 24 hours of placing
your order. To cancel your order, please contact us by
E-Mail.
Damaged
Orders
If the contents of the package arrive to you damaged,
or if the box shows signs of mishandling during shipping,
please do the following: Contact us immediately by E-Mail .
Please tell us your name, phone number, e-mail address,
receipt number, Fed Ex tracking # and give us a description
of the damaged item(s) and the condition of the box. Save
all packaging in the condition in which it arrived. Do
not throw anything out. We will file a damage claim with
the courier and send a call tag for pick-up.
Privacy
Statement Ordering information is transferred over a Secure
Socket Layer (SSL) Line to insure your information is encrypted and cannot
be read by any other Internet users. The secure mode begins as soon
as you send your order. All information collected is private and
confidential. We will not share your information with anyone else.
From time to time, we send images of the newest prints available. If
you do not wish to receive these images, please drop us an e-mail with
that message.
